We began with web consultancy to determine the business and site goals and to get internal buy-in to a major site overhaul. This developed into significant work with their senior management team and PR agency on positioning and messaging.
We have led two major revisions of the site architecture and user interface design. These took place two years apart, allowing the marketplace to fully accept the changing direction and vision of the business.
Creatively we developed themed visual imagery and a branded photographic treatment. Our copywriting team were responsible for all original site copy. We developed the tone of voice and key messages on each page, and managed the client's staff writer.
TBS also developed a complete technical solution. This included development, installation and user training of a fully bespoke content management system.
Our web developers have also built a variety of web applications. These have included press release and careers uploads, user registration data capture, online surveys, training and events calendars, dynamic Flash content and more.
Our client is able to manage its website cost-effectively. TBS continues to provide web site strategy advice, creative work, web applications and ongoing content maintenance and user support.
